Completed B.com from Mumbai university, want to know does mumbai university have regular m.com course conducted by affiliated college

I have completed regular b.com from mumbai university with first class and i am interested in regular M.com, what is the difference between regular and correspondence course in terms of quality or is there anything like regular M.com course student is given preference during recruitments.
