Completed BA-I regular. Can I complete degree through Private/correspondence?
I have completed BA-I with physical education subject from GNDU Amritsar. now can I complete my graduation through correspondence/private?

In some this is possible you also have to ask about it to college or university registrar office they are concern regarding all this type of permission

That implies exemption from the university concerned and so, approach the Registrar personally and submit an application on his advice.He may permit you to do so.
