I suggest you to go for your study because only graduation degree is not enough for get good job , if you can complete master degree in your field then you can also get chance to gain more knowledge in your field , you can also go for many certification and also do some project in any particular fie

You cannot get good salary job after bca only. you have to go for masters if you want a good job. if you hate programming you can go for mba or mba it.
