ii would like to know, how do i plan my career from now what would be the approximate salary be ?

Hi, Congratulations. 10K is a good start for a beginner. Different orgs have different levels. In general it begins with HR executive then you'll become senior executive, Asst. Manager HR and it goes on as you gain your experience and skills. All the best, Gomti
