Completed btech(mech) on 2010, working in bpsl, not getting fwd jobs. want 2 do mtech(mech) is it right decision? confused. appeared gate14

Passed btech (mech) 71%. campus selected on 2010 @ BPSL, sambalpur. not getting forward jobs.career has paused. want to do mtech from india/uk/abroad. will it be right decision?confused a lot. appeared in gate 2014 but did't go so well. if mtech from uk/abroad what is procedure. please do needful
