Thanks @||MSK70515|| for inviting me to answer this question. MBA HR is best suitable for the Gaurav's profile. If he wants to do it after some work experience than Part time or Distance education is best but if he wants to continue MBA right now than regular system is best for him. He may be opt so

If you wish to grow in HR field,MBA in HR can be one of the options.You can identify an area of interest within HR for further specialization.

As per your query I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years gain relevant work experience, and then pursue MBA in HR through part time mode as it will further enhance your career prospects.
