My brother is in class 12 (PCM). pl suggest some good and reasonably priced courses in Canada/australia or NZ in computer/IT/ electronics. we are looking for a course that will help him get PR.

ist of all prepare for any English proficiency test and have good score after that contact to any good consultant they can help you to get admission in good university and tell you about PR

After completing 12th you can pursue undergraduate degree, all the countries you mentioned are good study destination to pursue studies, there are many good universities in these countries which offers undergraduate degree in various fields.
