Andhra Pradesh has bountiful natural resources (coal, limestone, bauxite and a number of minor minerals), fertile land, water, fertile river basins (Godavari, Krishna & Pennar), extensive canal system and conducive agro-climatic conditions. The state is agriculturally prosperous.
