Confuse about the exam for MS in Canada. TOEFL/IELTS/GRE.

I am a 3rd year(6th sem) Electrical Engg student (with 73% academics till now) and interested in doing MS from Canada. But I am somehow confused about which exam should I take for it. TOEFL/IELTS/GRE.? Please help me out.

TOEFL?IELTS is for for English language competency, while GRE is the appitute Test for admission in MS. You should Pass in both for admission in Canada.
