Confuse to choose in Master Course

I have done bca through distance learning in 2010 side by side i was working in a bpo. Unfortunately I have not involved any post graduation course. Now there is more than 2 year gap. Now i am confused whether to go for MCA, MBA in IT , PGDCA, or any relevant course according to you.
