Why do you want to do MSc after BE, it will not give you any benefit. Although you can do it.

As per your profile, it is highly advisable to opt for :
1) M.Tech if you wish to study the technical aspect of the branch.
OR
2) MBA if you wish to move your career towards management line.
But, as you have shown interest in M.Sc Maths, to be eligible, you need to pass B.Sc in the relate
