Confused between Oracle DBA and SAP-ABAP.

Having 6 yrs of Networking(cisco product) experience, i wish to pursue my career further into Software. But i m confused between between Oracle DBA and SAP-ABAP. Kindly suggest which wud be better to me to pursue meanwhile not downgrading my current pay package also.

Jatin.. What do you prefer ? a database related job or a programming job ? An oracle Dba can work on a SAP project too. About the money, SAP is usually better. Most people working with SAP are highly paid other than ORACLE DBA. But Get in touch with Someone working with SAP and as Oracle DBA before
