Confused beween b.tech and arts

I am doing polytechnic deploma in computer science engg. But i am also having very good hand in automotive designing (by hand) so now i am confused that should i do b.tech or designing cars have any other course.!

There are courses outside India but u have really less choice in India so b.tech is the option for you
