Confused to do m.tech or ms

Hi sir, i have completed my b.tech with 70% in ece i want to do nanotechnology in iisc but i am confuse to take ms in indiaimean iisc or m.tech because i think while doing ms we will have good pratical knowledge than m.tech now i am preparing for gate

Hai Basheer, Generally M.Tech is based on Theory, Practicals and Project work like B.Tech. But M.S. is based on only research. It is more ranked to compare with M.Tech., I feel that your % is 70%. may be m.s is difficult to you. you may do M.Tech., Your option Nano is very good in future.
