Confused whether to complete graduation investing 3 yrs or PGDM in 2 yrs thru distance learning. I am 10 3 w/ 9 yrs of exp in IT industry

I have done a 3 yrs diploma. after my 10th. so, its 10+3. Currently have 9 yrs of work exp. in IT industry. I feel the need to upgrade my educational credentials and hence need to know if 3 yrs of graduation or 2 yrs of PGDM thru correspondence is good for future. Is 10+3+ 2 yrs of PGDM = graduate?
