confused whether to go for a PG diploma or mba (distance learning)

m thinking of doing a distance learning mba...but confused as to whether to go for a pg diploma from symbi or mba degree from sikkim manipal...pls help.. i have a working experience of 7 years with com's like max new york life, hdfc life insurance & now in icici generla insuarnce....
