The Hospitality industry is one for the safest industries to work for. To begin with, there is a very high level of security in any well-known hotel and the government requires hotels to take down all personal details of all its patrons before giving them a room or any service. This psychology also would stop patrons from committing any crimes against the workers or staff of the hotel. Usually, hotels hiring female staff are luxurious big brand hotels and their level of security is way more than other normal hotels.

    Hello,
Yes, hotel industry does demand late and extended working hours. But then, this is the way in case of Information Technology companies as well as BPO Industry. Girls / Females working late at night has become very common these days. But, it is very safe. These days, employers have to provide security to the female staff during working hours as well as when they are to be dropped at home at odd hours. The arrival of guests in hotels is at all hours of the day and those who are manning vital positions have to work odd hours and sometimes extended hours also. Once a job is selected, one has to accept it is peculiarities also. Of cou

Hotels are the safest place to work for the girls, as they are always with strict security systems. The girls are always given extra security in any case. In a hotel, it is an unwritten rule that the girls (esp. fresh students) are not allotted night duty. Even in an evening shift, a security person always accompany a single girl working on the guest floor. I have personally witnessed at Taj Group that a lady is given night drop at her doorstep after evening shift. The drivers were instructed to drop and wait till someone (from the house) opens the door for that lady. I will personally recommend girls to join hotel industry as they wil

Hotel Industry is absolutely safe for girls. There are a lot of girls working in Hotel Industry safely.
Coming to your concern about long working hours, all the reputed 5 star brands provide late night home drop to all the employees.
I'm a hotelier and I've experienced hospitality industry very closely and I would say that it is absolutely safe.

Yes, hotel management is good for girls. Now-a-days hotel management has a high demand at present situation. Many of the students are preferring this course because of less competition and can easily get the job in the top companies. Many of the multinational top companies are recruiting the hotel management degree holders by offering a high salary of 4-5 lakhs of rupees per year.
And now-a-days in every course, girls are equally competitive with boys. Also, girls are on the top hand than the boys in every course. So, being a girl candidate, you can definitely choose hotel management course.

Late and extended working hour is a part of a hotel industry. It is nothing new to me.
In case of girl, they always have facility like pick and drop, if in any case, they need to extend their shift.
Usually in India, female staff works till 9 pm. And, female staff who works in evening are provides cab facility.
The supervisor and manager are always there in every shifts for all staffs inside the hotel. Every hotel consider this point before making duty roaster for female staff. It is as safer as for male staff.
Current, at my working place we don't have any female staff during night shift.
All females get pick and drop facility to their
