coomparison of regular graduation and corresopondance for getting a good IT job

Hi, i want to do BCA but i want to do corresopondance becuase i m also doing job in an small IT company so my question is how much is the value of a corresopondance degree if i have experience of 2 years or shall i go for regular degree. PLZ HELP
