Check for the institues which are approved by UGC-AICTE-DEC , there was a meeting held and these three organizations gave approval for distance education only to limited institues whioch can be seen on UGC website. But it doesn't cover engineering. I would suggest you to opt for part time degree at

Maheshwar, Don't go for Engg through Distance it has not any importance. Only some institutions Like IE,IETE engg degree are authentic and approved by Govt. in distance mode.
