Could I get admission in NIT Surat or IIT Vadodara? What should I pursue: IT or computer engineering?

I have scored 94 percentile in January JEE Mains and expecting 83 marks in JEE April and expecting 75% in my boards.

Hello Riya, It is indeed very heartening you know that you have get your aim of seeking admission in IIT Vadodara. This is very good since setting up of the aim is one of the important things in life. But as you know the minimum marks required in class 12th will be 75% for seeking admission in IIT.
