Could I get the accommodation expense below Rs 5000 per year via hostel or room in Mumbai to study in St Xavier college, Mumbai?

I want to study Bsc Geology in St Xavier college mumbai, but I'm currently doing my graduation in my home state (Tamilnadu), Which I'm currently studying in my first year and doing the same Bsc course .I'm ready discontinue from here and I have done my schooling in state board with 93% score.
