Dear Manisha, TOEFL is Test of English as Foreign Language and required for studying overseas. A score of 100 is recommended usually. I will advice you to see ets.org for further information and registration information. It is not possible to put down every information here. Best Wishes

Can anyone apply for TOEFL.

TOEFL is a test to prove your English proficiency. you have to write four papers Reading,Writing,Listening and Speaking. it is an one NE exam. Only few countries accept this. Alternatively you can do IELTS. IELTS is accepted all over the world.
