Could i join engineering abroad after polytechnic?

I finished Diploma in IT in a government polytechnic college. i want to study engineering in abroad. please suggest universities and procedures to join(entrance exam and cost estimation).

Yes u can join engineering in polytechnic and u will also get the advantage of saving one year means u will get admission in B.tech directly in second year.but from fioreign university.there is no any kind of advantage u will get there.the main thing is all about the term for having internatiuonal t
