could mca 2nd year same value as MSc ?

In normal scenario, yes they have same value as of masters degree but in terms of scope MCA has privilege over MSc because MCA is a more specific course which is meant to cater the needs of an industry.

no MCA is three year degree and MSC is two year after msc you cna take admisison in MCA 3rd year
