Could you please help me differentiate between MS in computer science and MSc .........also can i pursue MS after BCS!!!

Hi,
M.SC is a general Masters in Science while M.S CS is Masters in Science with Computer Science as a specialization. And yes you can pursue MS after Bachelors in Computer Science.
