If you want to join any coaching institute, TIME is a good option to prepare for CAT. Otherwise, there are a number of options for coaching institutes.

Any coaching is good to know the syllabus and learn some tactics. You could prefer TIME. But most important of all is self-study and a lot of paper solving practice. 5 months is more than enough to cover the syllabus. Good luck.
