could you please tell me about AMIE?

how many exams do i have to give if i want to do amie from non-diploma stream? is it a degree or diploma? i was thinking of doing AMIE AND BCA together? would it be ok?

AMIE is Course Equivalent to BE, it consist Section A 5 subjects and Section B 10 subjects for diploma engineers conducted by Institute of Engineers ( India)
