I have got 88% in 10th, 85% in 12th and 8.78/10 in B.Pharma. I have no prior work experience since I have graduated this year. What are my chances of conversion? What is the highest salary offered in the finance and marketing domain and what kind of job roles are offered?

Yes, you have good academic profile and a good score in CAT will definitely get you a seat. Just prepare well for WAT-PI after getting call.
