Dear Friend, Please take it on priority basis with respect to the opportunity -
Civil = EE > ECE > CS/IT > Others.

Civil is the best branch for government jobs, with higher pay scale, then is computer Science and software engineering, then is mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electronics etc.

All branches can get the good government jobs.
