Dear Friend, Please take it on priority basis with respect to the opportunity -
Civil = EE > ECE > CS/IT > Others.

Civil is the best branch for government jobs, with higher pay scale, then is computer Science and software engineering, then is mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electronics etc. -
All branches can get the good government jobs.
It does not depend on branch you take, but it depend that how you do hard work, focus, and have good skill to perform tasks. It will depend on you only. You can only make good future for yourself not the branch. All the branch have good scope, and all are important in their respective field. Choose only in which you have interest.
