Hello Akshay, chances of conversion totally depend on your GD-PI performance on the day. The various weights assigned to the stages in the process are as follows :
1. CAT percentile: 65%.
2. PI: 20%.
3. GD:10%.
4. Work experience: 5%.
So don't worry and concentrate on giving your best during the process! All the best! -
