Counselling and exam of other institute on the same day

My counselling of SRM and BITSAT exam is on the same day i.e on 19-05-14. What should I do? They say that physical appearance of the candidate is mandatory. Also, during the counselling a DD of Rs 100000 is being asked. Will the money be refunded if I don't wish to take admission there? Please help.... View More
