Counselling regarding WBJEE.

I have chosen an upgradation in 1st round in WBJEE and in 2nd round I got a college which I don't want then I have to go to RC again for upgradation or I have to wait for the 3rd round in WB JEE?

If you want upgradation, you will have to surrender this one. If you don't apply for upgrading this college will be locked and you will have to take admission.
