Your question is not correct. The CSIR NET exam is conducted 2 times in every year, to select eligible candidates for JRF to pursue Ph.D. or work under government-sanctioned projects and Lectureships positions in government institutes. Mostly the application process starts in March or April for the June examination and September or October for the December examination. The eligibility for CSIR NET is to pursue M.Sc. , or complete M.Sc. , for JRF and M.Sc. , for lectureship.
