CSS profile or FAFSA or both are required by american university for financial aid (Bachelor's Degree)?

Hello Sakshi, FAFSA is applicable for US citizens only. You can create a CSS profile on the college board website, advice you to talk with your family's CA when you fill up the CSS profile. On the whole the American universities considers every application for scholarships. Scholarships are then awarded to the deserving candidates on the basis of merit.
