CSSRL(cyber security studies and research laboratory) course is good? i have finished my 12th. im interested this. is this a good course ?

I have passed out my 12th with phy chem bio maths(kerala board)71% i have heard about CSSRLcourse(cyber security studies and research laboratory) it says the course is dual specialization program with Associate Diploma in Cyber Security(IADL,DSCI)+Bachelor in Computer Applications. a good course?
