Hello,
You can apply. But, you must be completed your graduation as it is the minimum requirement for the course. Coaching will be provided by ICICI Institute for Direct Financial Learning- Hyderabad.

The eligibility is same as for CFA level 1.
The fee is not as such mentioned in the website, so you call the ICFL direct according to interested center in which you want to get in.
