Currently, I am in 3rd year BA LLB. How do I transfer from Goa University to Mumbai university for 4th year?

a year agoIt is not possible to change your university without lapsing. You will have to start this course fresh else to save that one year take up a new college which is affiliated to the same University under which you are studying right now. Migration within the affiliated college of same university but this is not possible.
