Because, you are in 2nd year of B.Com, so you have to focus on your academic course. Meanwhile, you can spent daily at least two hours on Maths (Up to 12th standard) and GK. The SSC CGL exam conducted in following tier as Tier-1, Tier-2, Tier-3 and Tier-4. The breakup of various tier are given below: 1. Tier-1 (CBT) Total questions=25, Max Marks=50 and Total time=60 minuets : This covers following 4 sections - General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude and English Comprehension. 2. Tier-2 (CBT) Total no of papers =4 as: a: Paper-1 Quantitative Abilities no of questions= 100 b: Paper-2 English Language and Comprehension questions, No of questions=200 c: Paper-3 Statistics, No of questions= 100 d: Paper-4 General Studies (Finance and Economics), No of questions=100 The max marks and time duration for Tier-2 paper are 200 and 120 (Minutes) 3. Tier-3 Pen and paper mode (Descriptive Paper in English or Hindi (Writing of Essay/ Precis/ Letter/ Application etc. ), Max marks=100 and Time duration = 60 Minutes 4. Tier-4 CPT/ DEST/ Document verification, Time duration=45 Minutes Ideal time for coaching may be the completion of final semester of your graduation this can be further benefited in other competitive exams also.
