Currently I am in B.Tech 1nd year, is there any method to take admission in 2nd year in any other good college?

Hello Rajeev, Many students desire to shift to another college mid term. However, if your current college is private then it feels it has lost so much revenue hence they will not allow. However, theoretically it is possible to change the college within same university. Best wishes to you.
