Currently, I am in first year in B.Tech (CSE) but I'm not happy with my college. I want to change my college from 2nd year. What to do?

You can again give JEE and apply for a new college via lateral entry. This way you will get admission directly into 2nd year and no year will be wasted.

You can take admission in colleges which do no demand for JEE exam and give direct admission based on 12th marks. But the only condition will be you will have to do 1st year again.
