Currently, i am persuing Mtech in VLSI Design at srm university, Chennai. I am in dilemma what to do after Mtech. Any idea about jrf ???

I am intrstd to go for teaching But, do not have any idea about JRF. Please, help me out in getting the crystal clearity details regarding jrf. How can i get it into through teachng. Also, i am intrsted to do Phd. Bt, can't decide wether to do full time or part time. Or else, any other better way.
