IGNOU is a recognized and reputed university in India so you are eligible to pursue any course you wish to by any recognized university further. As the basic eligibility criteria of all the university is graduation from any recognized university.

Degrees offered by IGNOU are recognized and hence you stand to gain for higher studies. You will have to clear aptitude tests, GD and PI as applicable to the University for admissions.
