Currently I am pursuing BBA LL.B. B. B. (H). Can I apply for CS course now or I can apply for it after completing BBA LLB?

You should apply for CS course. Eligibility for the CS course depends on the educational qualifications and the stage of your current academicprogramme (BBA LL.B. (H).
If you have completed your 10+2 (or equivalent) examination, you can apply for the CS Foundation program. This is the entry-levelprog
