Currently I am studying in BA 1st year at Jija Mata college but I want to take admission to DAVV for 2 years. Can I get admission now?

    No, you can't take admission in other colleges. If you want to take admission in other colleges, you need to start from the beginning. You cannot take second-year admission in other colleges. There is a huge difference between school and University.
