Hi Bhuvaneshwari, All the top ranked and good universities in USA, requires minimum 2-3 years of full time work experience, at supervisory/assistant managerial/managerial level. A good academic record throughout, and minimum of 55%-60% of marks (might me much more in the top ranked universities)
