Currently, I have work experience in IT and I'm planning to do executive MBA with HR as the specialisation. Is it a good choice?

To be successful in HR apart from the technical domain skills, you also need to have inbuilt personality traits. You first need to evaluate yourself and ascertain your personality traits and then take the plunge in HR.
