Cutoff for BMC last year was 1603 for SCG however in final alloted list students with ranks 2k,3k,4k,5k,6k are also alloted seats how is it?

That seats could have went in either in reserve categories under various heads such as handicapped, defense personnel quota, migrant quota, or above all in management quota.
