To get admission in NIT Rourkela you must have a score of above 90 percentile in JEE Mains. Also, to get a core branch in such an institute you need to score more than 98 percentile and the cutoffs for different streams are different.

Above 90 percentile is required for the same. With below 90 percentile, there is no chance.
