Damn interested in Info. tech, wanna study MSc IT at UK. Am i acceptable at De Montfort Uni @ Leicester after consider ma marks given blow?

Hi, i m damn interested in Info tech, had good experience also. Ma marks & % are... 10 th = 58% & 79 In English 12th = 68 & 64 In English TY Bcom = 53 % & 65 in English Can i apply @ De montfort uni ?? it's 1st prefrance pls suggest me good uni with point of view of good education method.
