Without any Doubt go for Punjab University . Punjab university is a state Government University and Also on of the Good University of north India. Lovely is a just a private Deemed University And just Gain Publicity by Showing fake Placements and faculty.

There are better options, if you are keen on these two universities, then lovely professional university is the most recently established.
